Mystery Poem in a Kilt (genealogical puzzle to solve)

    I saw on the BBC South this evening a story about a world war one note from a girl looking for a husband in WWI who sewed a note into a kilt she made. You can read the story on the BBC here.

    Now investigative journalism being somewhat dead these days they are appealing for help to identify the girl and trace any family connections. I thought it would make for an interesting summertime genealogical puzzle for members to get their teeth into.
