    The Victorian Web
If, like me, you are fascinated by the times in which your forebears lived this site has a wide choice of subjects covering most aspects of Victorian life. These range from Political, Social, Religion, Theatre and Popular Entertainment and Visual Arts, etc. Many, many related web resources, Bibliographies and some very interesting Victorian Web books most of which I don’t know which to start reading first..

Clicking on Victorian Social History brings up more good links, all with sub-categories, on topics such as Public Health; Conditions of Life and Labour; Race, Class, and Gender Issues; Education and the Lives of Children; Leisure and Amusements; and Economic History.
