The informal censuses conducted by Dr David Landsborough, Minister of Stevenston, in 1819, 1822 and 1836 are available online at the threetowners.com website. While these are not as informative as the first Urquhart census of Portpatrick, Wigtownshire, used in conjunction with OPR BMD registrations and the official census of 1841, these can be useful.
