Searching for "the real stuff of genealogy", ( as fellow forum contributor Bob calls it..) I have recently come across several sites and narratives on the history of UK pensions. Lost Cousins newsletters regularly alert you to newly available pension records and one of my most beloved lost cousins has traced pensions and allowances paid to our mutual maritime connections and their families. The sites I've linked are more general in nature and Pension Archive Trust , BBC news and Spartacus are among my favourites. Please jump in with your additional resources.
