Dalzell / Dalziel in Cumberland

    One of my brick walls is the birth of Frances Dalzell in about 1775 which, according to the 1851 census, took place in Cockermouth. She moved down to London and married a Jacob Parsey. Does anyone have any information about this surname in Cumberland please?
