When I first joined LC I added my DH census relatives along with mine under the same membership is there any way I can move them en-masse to new member page to keep them seperate?

Yes, you can use the Refer a Relative option on your My Referrals page to copy them over to a new account (but don't open it just yet - you'll need to enter the referral code on the registration page). You can change the relationships shown at the same time (I imagine you entered them all as related by marriage).

If there are a large number of relatives being copied over, say 60 or more, don't log-in to the new account - instead contact me and I'll write a program to copy the relatives over to the new account and delete them from yours. Otherwise log-in and check that they have copied over, before deleting them one-by-one from your own account.

You can use the same email address for both accounts - in fact, I'd recommend that you do (it doesn't matter which address the referral was sent to).

Remember not to log-in to the new account (see above) - instead send me an email when it has been opened.
