    Another excellent and informative site, Hazel Grove, Stockport.
    The direct link/url does not seem to work so:
    Scroll down the page to the 'Find a Grave' box.
    Then click on the orange 'Find a grave' link or scroll down to 'visit this link'
    Click on 'name index' box
